On their first summer back from college, a group of friends aim for an epic night of drugs and partying — but Curtis' lingering crush on an ex-girlfriend complicates the picture.

Crocodile Dose is a hilariously hyperactive Gen-Z comedy feature offering a non-stop extravaganza of digital stimulation. Single-minded Jimmy is on the prowl for alcohol, drugs, and girls for tonight's big party. His best friend Curtis, however, is in the midst of a heartbreak and can't move on past his feelings for Jane. When the heady Abe enters the picture with his strange ability to acquire the aforementioned essentials, the scene is set.

Though it may sound like a formulaic teen comedy, the film is strikingly original in its details and free-for-all energy — barreling through local theme parks, mansions, karaoke joints, and thrift stores. Nearly a wall-to-wall montage, it's crammed with on-screen texts, social media profiles, maps, constantly shifting compositions, split screens, dissolves, and overlays, all set to a soundtrack of pop/emo ballads.

If you're able to access its wavelength, it can be intoxicating — even hysterical. Behold the youth of today: can they survive the night with their friendships and sanity intact?
